Een consult psychotherapie (persoonlijk, telefonisch of online) van anderhalf uur kost voor particulieren € 120,- , een consult van een uur € 80,- en van drie kwartier € 60,-. Begeleiding per e-mail, telefoon of online, € 20,- per kwartier. Overschrijding in tijd kost € 20,- per kwartier.
Na afloop wordt er een factuur gemaild gepaard gaande met een elektronisch betaalverzoek. Facturen kunnen door de cliënt zelf worden ingediend bij de ziektekostenverzekering, voor zekerheid over vergoeding check zelf of dit het geval is in de polis.
Vergoeding door de ziektekostenverzekering is afhankelijk van de polis en welk pakket je hebt. In een basispakket bij een verzekering is de vergoeding nihil, maar in een wat uitgebreider aanvullend pakket is gedeeltelijke vergoeding meestal mogelijk.
De vergoeding valt onder ‘Alternatieve geneeswijzen: psychosociale therapie/ hypnotherapie, beroepsvereniging NBVH en koepelorganisatie RBCZ’.
Het klachtrecht zoals beschreven in de WKKGZ is door de NBVH geregeld. In navolging van deze wet ben ik aangesloten bij https://www.scag.nl/ en www.tcz.nu
Zelfstandig ondernemers kunnen de begeleiding als aftrekpost opvoeren, dan geldt het als opleiding of coaching. De kosten voor coaching zijn 95 euro per uur en BTW-plichtig.
Vergoeding door de werkgever is wellicht mogelijk, in overleg met de arbo-arts, direct leidinggevende of personeelsfunctionaris. In dit geval maak ik een offerte voor coaching of re-integratiebegeleiding. Deze kosten zijn aftrekbaar voor de organisatie.
De kosten voor een groepstraining zijn afhankelijk van de lengte, ontwikkeltijd, het aantal deelnemers en de locatie.

Reimbursement by health insurance depends on the policy and which package you have. In a basic insurance package, the reimbursement is zero, but in a more extensive additional package, partial reimbursement is usually possible.

Self-employed entrepreneurs can claim the guidance as a deductible item, in which case it counts as training or coaching. The costs for coaching are 95 euros per hour and subject to VAT.
Reimbursement by the employer may be possible, in consultation with the occupational health and safety doctor, direct manager or personnel officer. In this case I will make a quote for coaching or reintegration guidance. These costs are deductible for the organization.
The costs for a group training depend on the length, development time, the number of participants and the location.
